Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef and is one of the nine beef primal cuts. The brisket muscles include the superficial and deep pectorals.

Brisket is best slow cooked.

The cross-cut ribs are about 1-inch thick.

There is 4-5 pounds per package.

Recommended serving 6-10 people.
