BBQ Pulled Chicken


Pulled chicken is when you take a whole chicken and slowly cook it until it is extremely tender. Then, rather than carving it or cutting it into chunks, one takes one or two forks or other utensils and separates the meat into the tiny strands that make up a piece of meat. The act of separating the meat into those tiny strands is referred to as pulling it apart - making the chicken "pulled".

The pulled chicken is already in a BBQ sauce.
