Nicholyn Farms is aware that many people suffer from food allergies and diet restrictions. Our staff is knowledgeable about special dietary needs. We carry a large variety of gluten free, no sugar added, and dairy free products.

Raised on small family farms using traditional and sustainable farming methods, which eliminates the use of antibiotics and synthetic growth hormones, and promotes the humane treatment of animals. Livestock is generally pasture raised.

Organic agriculture is a system of production that promotes management practices that restore, maintain and enhance ecological harmony while minimizing the use of off-farm inputs. Under organic production, the use of conventional non-organic pesticides, insecticides and herbicides is greatly restricted. If livestock are involved, they must be reared without the use of antibiotics and without the use of growth hormones, and generally fed a healthy diet. Government regulations and third-party inspectors are looked to for assurance. A "certified organic" label is usually the only way for consumers to know that a processed product is "organic".
