Our cattle starts out with a diet of milk and sun-filled pasture living. As the weather turns colder and fresh grasses become unavailable, a variety of dried and fermented grasses and grains are provided as well as all vegetable supplements, not animal by products, to ensure nutrition. They are raised without the use of growth promoting hormones or hormone implants. Our animals are handled humanely by conscientious and caring handlers.
